DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND PROTECTION ORDERS REGULATION 2002 (REPEALED) - REG 23

An affidavit for use in a proceeding must—

        (a)     be in the first person; and

        (b)     be divided into consecutively numbered paragraphs; and

        (c)     contain, as far as practicable, only 1 subject matter in each paragraph; and

        (d)     have each page signed by the deponent and the person before whom it is sworn.

Note     If a form is approved under the Court Procedures Act 2004 for this provision, the form must be used.
