DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND PROTECTION ORDERS REGULATION 2002 (REPEALED) - REG 74

    (1)     A party to a proceeding who is required to give discovery of documents under section 73 must do so within the time stated in the notice.

    (2)     The time stated in the notice to give discovery of the documents under section 73 must not end earlier than 21 days after the day the notice for discovery is served on the party required to give discovery.

    (3)     A party must give discovery by filing and serving on the party who filed the notice for discovery an affidavit of discovery relating to any matter in question between him or her and the party who filed the notice for discovery.

Note     If a form is approved under the Court Procedures Act 2004 for this provision, the form must be used.

    (4)     This section is subject to section 75.
