MAGISTRATES COURT (CIVIL JURISDICTION) RULES 2004 (REPEALED) - REG 214

If an affidavit filed in proceedings contains scandalous, frivolous, vexatious, irrelevant or otherwise oppressive matter, the court may direct that—

        (a)     the matter be struck out; or

        (b)     the affidavit be taken off the file.
