This legislation has been repealed.
(1) A judgment or order that requires a person to do an act shall specify the time within which the person is required to do the act.
(2) If a judgment or order requires a person to do an act within a specified time, the court may order the person to do the act within another specified time.
(3) If a judgment or order requires a person to do an act but does not specify a time within which the act is required to be done, the court may order the person to do the act within a specified time.
(4) This section does not apply to a requirement to pay money.
