MAGISTRATES COURT (CIVIL JURISDICTION) RULES 2004 (REPEALED) - REG 255

If costs in proceedings are to be taxed, those costs may, unless the court otherwise orders or the proceedings are stayed, be taxed accordingly notwithstanding that the judgment or order under which the costs are payable is liable to be set aside, varied or discharged on appeal or otherwise.
