MAGISTRATES COURT (CIVIL JURISDICTION) RULES 2004 (REPEALED) - REG 265

Brief fees paid to more than 1 barrister

    (1)     On the taxation of costs in proceedings, the brief fees paid to more than 1 barrister shall not be allowed unless the court otherwise orders.

    (2)     If the court makes an order under subsection (1), it may direct the amount to be allowed in respect of any 1 or more of the barristers briefed.
