MAGISTRATES COURT (CIVIL JURISDICTION) RULES 2004 (REPEALED) - REG 296

Content of examination summons

An examination summons

        (a)     shall summon the person to whom it is directed to attend before the registrar at the time and place specified in the summons to be orally examined as to the matters referred to in section 298 (1) (a) and (b); and

        (b)     may require that person to produce to the registrar at the examination any document or thing in that person's possession or control that tends to show the true position as to the judgment debtor's property or financial circumstances.
