MAGISTRATES COURT (CIVIL JURISDICTION) RULES 2004 (REPEALED) - REG 388

Application for leave to appeal

Leave to appeal shall not be given under the Magistrates Court Act 1930 , section 274 (Cases in which appeal may be brought) or section 275 (Appeals—Small Claims Court) unless application for that leave is made within 21 days after the date when the judgment or order from which leave to appeal is sought took effect or within any further time that the Supreme Court allows.
