MAGISTRATES COURT (CIVIL JURISDICTION) RULES 2004 (REPEALED) - REG 424

    (1)     The registrar may adjourn a conference if he or she is satisfied that a party to the proceedings or his or her representative is, for good reason, unable to attend the conference.

    (2)     If the registrar adjourns a conference under subsection (1), the registrar shall notify the parties of the day, time and place fixed for the resumption of the conference.
