ROAD TRANSPORT (SAFETY AND TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) REGULATION 2000 (REPEALED) - REG 103A

Approval of police vehicle speedometers

    (1)     For section 102, definition of approved police speedometer , the chief police officer may approve a kind of speedometer that is fitted to a motor vehicle driven by a police officer for measuring the speed at which vehicles are being driven.

    (2)     An approval is a notifiable instrument.
