ARR r 206 (2) (b), (c)—time extension for people with disabilities permit

    (1)     For the title="ARRs">Australian Road Rules

, rule 206 (2) (b), a driver to whom the title="ARRs">Australian Road Rules

, rule 206 applies may park for not longer than 2 hours on a length of road, or in an area, to which a permissive parking sign applies if the maximum period of parking allowed by the sign is not longer than 30 minutes.

    (2)     For the title="ARRs">Australian Road Rules

, rule 206 (2) (c), a driver to whom the title="ARRs">Australian Road Rules

, rule 206 applies may park for an unlimited period on a length of road, or in an area, to which a permissive parking sign applies if the maximum period of parking allowed by the sign is longer than 30 minutes.
