ARR r 313—postal workers

For the title="ARRs">Australian Road Rules

, rule 313—

        (a)     the title="ARRs">Australian Road Rules

, rule 186 (Stopping in a mail zone) does not apply to the driver of a postal vehicle; and

        (b)     the title="ARRs">Australian Road Rules

, rule 288 (Driving on a path) does not apply to the driver of a postal vehicle if—

              (i)     the vehicle is a motorbike with an engine capacity of not more than 110mL; and

              (ii)     the vehicle is being driven at a speed of not more than 10km/h.
