Exemption from requirement about riding on motorbikes

The road transport authority may, for the purpose of allowing a sporting or similar event to be filmed, exempt a person from the title="ARRs">Australian Road Rules

, rule 271 (2) to the extent that it requires the person to face forward while being carried as a passenger on a motorbike.
