ROAD TRANSPORT (SAFETY AND TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) REGULATION 2000 (REPEALED) - REG 87B

Heavy vehicle refrigeration units not to be operated on residential land

A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     the person parks a heavy vehicle that has a refrigeration unit on residential land; and

        (b)     the refrigeration unit is running at any time while the vehicle is parked on the land.

Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
