Commonwealth Consolidated Regulations Commonwealth Consolidated RegulationsIf, during the period beginning on 1 January 2025 and ending at the end of the day before this regulation commences, a person paid a fee covered by item 1AFA of the table in clause 3 of Schedule 9 or by item 2B of the table in Part 2 of Schedule 9A, the Secretary must refund the fee to the person.
