APPROPRIATION ACT (No. 1) 1988-89 No. 102 of 1988 - SECT 8

8. Where money is appropriated by this Act for a particular program, that
money shall be taken to be appropriated for:

   (a)  the purpose of payments (including advances) under Acts administered
        as part of the program; and

   (b)  other purposes of the program, being purposes for which appropriation
        has been made in an earlier Act.
