Archives Act 1983 No. 79 of 1983 - SECT 21

21. (1) Subject to any regulations made in accordance with section 20, a
person having the control of the custody of any records referred to in
section  18 or sub-section 19 (1) may enter into arrangements with the
Archives with respect to the custody of those records.

(2) Arrangements referred to in sub-section (1) relating to the custody of
records may provide for the extent (if any) to which the Archives or other
persons are to have access to those records.
