ADMINISTRATIVE ARRANGEMENTS ACT 1987 No. 92 of 1987 - SECT 20

20. (1) The Governor-General may make regulations making such modifications of
an Act as are necessary or convenient to be made in consequence of:

   (a)  a Minister administering 2 or more Departments; or

   (b)  a Department being administered by 2 or more Ministers.

(2) This section ceases to have effect at the end of one year after its
commencement.
(3) In this section, "modifications" includes additions, omissions and
substitutions.
