AUSTRALIAN AND OVERSEAS TELECOMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION ACT 1991 No. 79 of 1991 - SECT 11

Vesting of property, rights and liabilities 
11. On the succession day:

   (a)  all property and rights of Telecom and OTC, wherever located, vest in
        AOTC; and

   (b)  all liabilities of Telecom and OTC, wherever located, become
        liabilities of AOTC; and

   (c)  AOTC becomes the successor in law of Telecom and OTC.
