APPLE AND PEAR LEVY COLLECTION ACT 1976

No. 196 of 1976 An Act relating to the Collection of the Levy imposed by the
Apple and Pear  Levy Act 1976 .

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:-
1. This Act may be cited as the Apple and Pear Levy Collection Act 1976.*1*
