APPLE AND PEAR LEVY COLLECTION ACT 1976 No. 196 of 1976 - SECT 3

3. In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears-

''levy'' means the levy imposed by the Apple and Pear Levy Act 1976;

''month'' means a month of the year;

''Secretary'' means the Secretary to the Department of Primary Industry.
