Short title. 
An Act to preserve and protect places, areas and objects of particular
significance to Aboriginals, and for related purposes

(Assented to 25 June 1984)

PART I-PRELIMINARY Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander 
Heritage (Interim Protection) Act 1984 .
