AGRICULTURAL AND VETERINARY CHEMICALS (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1992 No. 262 of 1992 - SECT 32

32.(1) The Chief Executive Officer is to manage the affairs of the NRA.

(2) The Chief Executive Officer must act in accordance with any policies
determined by, and any directions given by, the NRA.

(3) All acts and things done in the name of, or on behalf of, the NRA by the
Chief Executive Officer are taken to have been done by the NRA.
