AGRICULTURAL AND VETERINARY CHEMICALS (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1992 No. 262 of 1992 - SECT 53

53.(1) The Minister may, at any time, give to the NRA written notice
requesting it to vary a corporate plan in the manner set out in the notice.

(2) The Minister is to set out in the notice the reasons for the request.

(3) The NRA must consider the request and reasons, prepare written proposals
for such variations of the plan as it considers appropriate and submit those
proposals to the Minister.

(4) The Minister is to give the NRA written notice approving or rejecting the
proposals.
