AGRICULTURAL AND VETERINARY CHEMICALS (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1992 No. 262 of 1992 - SECT 54

54. If:

   (a)  a corporate plan has come into force; and

   (b)  a variation of the plan is approved by the Minister under section 52
        or 53 or the NRA makes a variation of a minor nature; the variation
        takes effect on the day on which the NRA receives notice of the
        Minister's approval or makes the variation of a minor nature, as the
        case may be.
