AUSTRALIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 3 of 1994 - SECT 6

6. Section 25B of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (3) and
substituting the following subsection:

"(3) If the Corporation enters into a contract, dealing or other arrangement
under subsection (1), it must do so in accordance with the guidelines (if any)
in force under subsection (2).".
