AMENDMENTS OF THE PARLIAMENTARY PROCEEDINGS 
BROADCASTING ACT 1946  Section 3 (definition of "national broadcasting
station"):
Omit the definition, substitute:

"'national broadcasting station' means a radio station used to provide
national broadcasting services within the meaning of section  13 of the
Broadcasting Services Act 1992;". Subsections 4(1) and (2):
Omit "Broadcasting Act 1942", substitute " Australian Broadcasting 
Corporation Act 1983 ".
