AUSTRALIA COUNCIL AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 113 of 1976 - SECT 12

12. Section 21 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section
substituted:- Functions and powers of Boards.
''21. (1) A Board shall make such inquiries, and furnish to the Council such
reports, in connexion with any matter referred to it by the Council as the
Council directs.

''(2) A Board shall also have such functions and powers as are delegated to it
under section 7.''.
