AUSTRALIAN COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY ACT 1997 No. 52 of 1997 - SECT 17

17 Appointment of members


(1) The members of the ACA are to be appointed by the Governor- General by
written instrument.

(2) The Chairman and the Deputy Chairman are to be appointed as full-time
members.

(3) A member, other than the Chairman or the Deputy Chairman, may be appointed
as a full-time member or as a part-time member.
