AUSTRALIAN COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY ACT 1997 No. 52 of 1997 - SECT 23

(1) Each member is entitled to receive notice of the ACA's meetings.

(2) If an associate member is entitled to attend a particular meeting of the
ACA, the associate member is entitled to receive notice of the meeting.
