AUSTRALIAN COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY ACT 1997 No. 52 of 1997 - SECT 24

(1) The Chairman presides at all meetings at which he or she is present.

(2) If the Chairman is not present at a meeting, the Deputy Chairman presides.

(3) If neither the Chairman nor the Deputy Chairman is present at a meeting,
the members present are to appoint one of their number to preside.
