AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY (ELECTORAL) ACT 1988 No. 107 of 1988 - SECT 6

6. Except so far as the contrary intention appears, for the purposes of this
Act, the Division that includes the Jervis Bay Territory shall be taken to
have that Territory excluded from it.
