AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY (SELF-GOVERNMENT) ACT 1988 No. 106 of 1988 - SECT 50

50. The Head of Administration:

   (a)  shall advise the Executive on the management of the public service as
        a whole;

   (b)  in relation to the administrative unit of the public service under his
        or her control:

        (i)    shall be responsible, under the Chief Minister, for its general
               working and for all its business; and

        (ii)   shall advise the Chief Minister on all matters relating to the
               unit; and

   (c)  shall exercise the powers conferred on the Head of Administration by
        or under enactment.
