AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY (SELF-GOVERNMENT) ACT 1988 No. 106 of 1988 - SECT 72

72. Before tendering any advice to the Governor-General in respect of the
exercise of the Royal prerogative of mercy in relation to an offence against
an enactment or subordinate law, the Commonwealth Minister shall consult with
the Chief Minister and consider any comments given by the Chief Minister.
