AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY GOVERNMENT SERVICE (CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1994 No. 92 of 1994 - SECT 10

10. The Secretary of a Department of the Australian Public Service may arrange
with an appropriate authority of the Australian Capital Territory:

   (a)  for the services of officers or employees in the Department to be made
        available to the authority; or

   (b)  for the services of officers or employees of the Australian Capital
        Territory Government Service to be made available to the Secretary.
