AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY GOVERNMENT SERVICE (CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1994 No. 92 of 1994 - SECT 27

27.(1) The Governor-General may make regulations providing for modifications
of an Act in its application in relation to:

   (a)  any matter arising from, connected with, or consequential on the
        establishment of the Australian Capital Territory Government Service;
        or

   (b)  any matter arising from, connected with, or consequential on the
        amendments of the Public Service Act made by this Act.

(2) Regulations may not be made under subsection (1) after the end of a period
of 2 years beginning on the transfer day.
