Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered Acts(1) A person may apply to the Minister to be approved as an approved authority for one or more schools.
Note: For rules relating to applications, see Division 2 of Part 9.
(2) The application must specify the following:
(a) each school for which the application is made;
(b) each location of each school;
(c) for each location of each school--the level of education provided at the location.
