ATOMIC ENERGY AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 5 of 1987 - SECT 10

10. Section 36 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after sub-section
(1) the following sub-section:

"(1A) A person who, without reasonable excuse, fails to comply with
sub-section (1) is guilty of an offence punishable on conviction by a fine not
exceeding-

   (a)  in the case of a natural person-$2,000; or

   (b)  in the case of a body corporate-$10,000.".
