AUSTRALIAN HOUSING CORPORATION ACT 1975 No. 25 of 1975 - SECT 12

12. (1) The Corporation shall consist of 8 members, namely-

   (a)  the Secretary to the Department of Housing and Construction;

   (b)  the General Manager; and

   (c)  6 other members.

(2) The members referred to in paragraph (1) (c) shall be appointed by the
Governor-General as part-time members.

(3) The performance of the functions or the exercise of the powers of the
Corporation is not affected by reason only of there being a vacancy or
vacancies in the membership of the Corporation.
