AUSTRALIAN HOUSING CORPORATION ACT 1975 No. 25 of 1975 - SECT 31

31. (1) The Corporation may sell a dwelling in accordance with regulations
that prescribe the circumstances in which dwellings may be so sold.

(2) The matters by reference to which the circumstances referred to in
sub-section (1) may be described include the classes of persons to whom sales
may be made and the description of dwellings that may be sold.

(3) Regulations for the purposes of sub-section (1) shall contain provisions
relating to the terms and conditions of sale.

(4) The Corporation shall not sell a dwelling otherwise than in accordance
with sub-section (1).
