AUSTRALIAN HOUSING CORPORATION ACT 1975 No. 25 of 1975 - SECT 33

33. (1) The Corporation may build a dwelling for sale or lease by the
Corporation in accordance with this Act.

(2) The Corporation may build a dwelling for a person on land in which the
person has a prescribed interest, including a prescribed lease-hold interest,
in pursuance of a contract that is in accordance with regulations that
prescribe the circumstances in which dwellings may be so built.

(3) The matters by reference to which the circumstances referred to in
sub-section (2) may be described include the class of persons for whom
dwellings may be built and the description of the dwellings that may be built.

(4) Regulations for the purposes of sub-section (2) shall contain provisions
relating to the terms and conditions on which dwellings may be built.

(5) The Corporation shall not build a dwelling otherwise than in accordance
with this section.
