AUSTRALIAN INSTITUTE OF SPORT (CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1986 No. 104 of 1986 - SECT 15

15. Where, immediately before the commencement of this Act, proceedings to
which the Company was a party were pending in any court, the Institute is, on
and after the commencement of this Act, substituted for the Company as a party
to the proceedings and has the same rights in the proceedings as the party for
which it is substituted.
