AUSTRALIA-JAPAN FOUNDATION ACT 1976 No. 18 of 1976 - SECT 3

3. In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears-

''Foundation'' means the Foundation established by section 4;

''Fund'' means the Fund established by section 17;

''member'' means a member of the Foundation;

''property'' means real or personal property, and includes money.
