ABORIGINAL LAND GRANT (JERVIS BAY TERRITORY) ACT 1986 No. 164 of 1986 - SECT 10

10. Where, because of section 8 or 9, land becomes Aboriginal Land, that land
(including all rights, title and interests in that land) is vested in the
Council without any conveyance, transfer or assignment.
