ABORIGINAL LAND GRANT (JERVIS BAY TERRITORY) ACT 1986 No. 164 of 1986 - SECT 20

20. (1) As soon as practicable after the preparation of the Register, the
Registrar shall convene the first annual general meeting of the Council.

(2) Not later than 30 days before the first annual general meeting, the
Registrar shall cause notice of the day, time and place of the meeting to be
given to the registered members in such manner as the Registrar considers
appropriate.

(3) The Registrar shall preside at the first annual general meeting until a
person is declared to have been elected as the Chairperson.
