Convening of subsequent annual general meetings
21. (1) The Chairperson shall, not later than 30 days before the expiration of
12 months from the day on which an annual general meeting finished, convene an
annual general meeting of the Council to be held on a day not later than the
expiration of the 12 months.

(2) If the Registrar becomes satisfied that, because of vacancies in the

meeting required to be convened in accordance with sub-section (1) would not
be convened, the Registrar shall convene that meeting.

(3) The person convening an annual general meeting under this section shall,
not later than 30 days before the day fixed for the meeting, cause notice of
the day, time and place of the meeting to be given to the registered members,
