ABORIGINAL LAND GRANT (JERVIS BAY TERRITORY) ACT 1986 No. 164 of 1986 - SECT 28

28. (1) There is established by this Act an executive committee of the
Council.

(2) The functions of the executive committee are-

   (a)  such functions as are conferred on it by a provision of this Act
        (other than this section) or by the regulations; and

   (b)  to exercise the powers of the Council delegated to the executive
        committee under section 36.

(3) The executive committee shall consist of-

   (a)  the Chairperson;

   (b)  the Deputy Chairperson;

   (c)  the Secretary; and

   (d)  6 other members.
