ABORIGINAL LAND GRANT (JERVIS BAY TERRITORY) ACT 1986 No. 164 of 1986 - SECT 41

41. (1) Subject to this section, where the Council has granted a lease of
Aboriginal Land to a person, that person, or a person who has been granted a
sub-lease of the land under this section, may grant a sub-lease of the whole
of the land.

(2) Except with the consent in writing of the Minister, a person shall not
grant a sub-lease of Aboriginal Land to a person other than a registered
member, the Commonwealth or an Authority.

(3) Except with the consent in writing of the Minister, a person shall not
grant a sub-lease of Aboriginal Land for use for purposes other than the
purposes for which the land is required to be used by the lease in respect of
the land.
