ABORIGINAL LAND GRANT (JERVIS BAY TERRITORY) ACT 1986 No. 164 of 1986 - SECT 55

55. Section 5 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted: Disposal of Crown Lands

"5. Subject to the Aboriginal Land Grant (Jervis Bay Territory) Act 1986,
Crown lands in the territory shall not be sold or disposed of for any estate
of freehold.".
