ABORIGINAL LAND RIGHTS (NORTHERN TERRITORY) AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 21 of 1978 - SECT 10

10. After section 20 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted in
Part II: Northern Territory transfer of land law to apply
''20A. The law of the Northern Territory relating to the transfer of land
applies, according to its tenor, to, and in relation to, any dealing with, or
disposition of, an estate or interest in land by, or on behalf of, a Land
Trust.''.
